I think that if someone is abusing Y! Answers it should be reported. There are standards of use and decency that apply here. If people are wasting bandwidth by libelous, slanderous, violent threats, etc.. I will report their posteriors. If they want to be free do defame and lie about others, they can do it on their own web site, then I can look up the domain owner and sue them.
