Can my boyfriend get into trouble???

Depends on what state you live in and whether or not your parents want to press charges against him...

When I was 17 I got pregnant. My boyfriend was 25. My mom found out and threatened to have him arrested for statutory rape which I think is rediculous because I wanted to have sex. Anyway, I didn't end up having the baby because my appendix ruptured. I was only 2 weeks from my 18th b-day anyway. The thing is we ended up getting married a little over a year later and have been married almost 4 years now. Everything worked out. If you really love each other then do what you need to do. Get everything in order with him and discuss what you want and what you will do to prepare for having the baby, putting it up for adoption, or aborting it. Then once you know what you want and have it planned out tell your mom. If you truely think she will try to get him in trouble for statutory rape, don't tell her who the father is. I know in my state the difference in age has to be at least 4 years so if he's 3 years and 11 months it probably would be okay in my state. Check into that also if you're afraid of him getting in trouble. I know what you're going through and it's scarry. Just make sure you stay in school no matter what.

NO abortion. The ONLY time I would consider abortion acceptable was if you got raped. Other than that it is your fault. You KNEW what could happen when you have sex! Killing the life that you willingly created is just plain selfish. An old phrase goes "You made your bed, now lie in it".

Your boyfriend is very unlikely to get into trouble if you are 16 and consenting.
The doctors wanted the state to press charges against my ex when I was 16 and he was 22. I got pregnant.... the state wouldn't do anything because I was at the age of legal consent.

To be quite honest, he may be in trouble since you are a minor. Take good care of yourself and your baby. Go get checked out medically. The most important is good medical care. Then you will need to tell your boyfriend, your parents and his. It is hard to say what will happen there. You are not the first teenager to get pregnant before graduating. Please try to stay in school though,and get a good education. It can be done with family and friend's support.

Oh, honey, yes he can and probably will, especially if your parents don't like him dating you. I'm pretty much in the same predicament but I'm 18, and he's 24, but since he didn't get me pregnant until I was 18 my parents can't do anything about it. Don't think it's the end of the world you can still go to school and raise a child, your in for a rough ride, but you can do it, hang in there, everything will be okay. \Yea he could get into a lot of trouble because he is a grown man
almost and when you turn 21 you are grown. He can go to jail for
that because your still in high school and he is out and people might say to you like your mom and dad ,that you can't live with them anymore because you got pregnant. I really wish you the best for you,your boyfriend,and your baby ,God bless yous

Depends on what state you live in.Some states legal consent age is 16.If its 18 and your parnets want to press charges , yes your boyfriend can go to jail.Good luck with this baby and stay in school.I was 17 and had my son, its hard work.Dont believe everything people tell you that hes going to leave either.I'm living proof people can be wrong.Been married almost 8 yrs to my childrens father.Hes 6 yrs older than me.

In most states he can be charged with statutory rape, or child sexual abuse or committing lewd acts upon a minor. It doesn't matter that you consented, because you are below the legal age of consent. Most of the time, nothing will happen unless your parents choose to make it happen. For your sake, we hope your boyfriend is truly committed to you and is willing to be responsible for his child. No matter what happens, what decision you make, your life has just become harder. Be prepared for major changes in how you live your life.

moms usually teach men better than to get themselves into truble about their own family started
but he has 2 respect you...
if this man will be a dog enough to leave you after this baby is born......then yes he is in trouble....
i think youi two will be fine....but will you get into trouble? your 16 this is SOOO cute im happy 4 u 2 very much god bless this baby but....you need help theres skool plz dont tel me u droped out...if you didnt...GOOD & dont .....skool is only the key 4 HAPPINESS 4 u ANNNDD your baby if you dont believe it for yourself think of it for your kid...itd be one happy child =]

What?? This is a crime my friend, you are under age by the laws of all the countries in the world. He'll sure have some trouble. But you both can have it work.. you can defend him by saying: he didn't knew your age and you told him you are 19.. you'll have no trouble for lying as you are a minor, and he'll evade any problems.. but tell you something? he must marry you.
Don't abort and kill the little angel for a mistake done by an adult.
