It could be "Oh Yeah" by Yello. That was probably most famous from Ferris Buellars Day Off, but I have heard it several times at baseball games.
Or it could be "Rock N Roll Part 2" by Gary Glitter. That is pretty big at sporting events.
Both songs are on an album called Stripjointz Rocks. You can find it on Amazon and listen to samples.
