Looking for free money?? This is why we all pay more for auto insurance. Are you really injured? Being sore is not an injury! If you had to see a doctor and have tests and an exam and he says you are fine, you deserve nothing. If you were truly injured that would be different. Being sore is worth nothing. Be grateful that you were not really hurt and are alive instead of trying to turn a minor traffic accident into a get rich quick scheme! You have to prove you were actually injured lol. Where is the statement and tests from the doctor or a hospital? What's the treatment you have been getting? Insurance companies are not stupid, they can actually and should prosecute you for Fraud if you try to make a false claim. How injured can you be when you never even saw a doctor after the accident? lol

The same thing happened to my cousin a month ago, she was sent by her insurance company to a doctor who told her you cannot get whiplash by been hit by a car from behind, have you ever heard anything as ridiculous in your life, she has now gone to a no win no fee solicitor on our high street who has taken on her claim for her, I think the best thing you can do to prove you have whiplash is to go to your doctor or A&E to have it diagnosed by a medical professional, then make a claim for it, as far as I am concerned you got injured and your suffering, the other driver was incompitent so he has to pay the price, good luck.

I have been in two vehicle accidents requiring
medical treatment. In the first, I was a stop light and a drunk driver raced from the bar toward home. Me and the stoplight were in the way. I didn't have anything broken, but I did have a concussion. I felt like my soft tissue was ripped from the bottom of my feet to the top of my head. I hurt in places I don't know I had!

I did go to the ER,but not in an ambulance. I turned that ride down. X-Rays showed nothing.
After seven months of treatment with my internist and the hospital physical therapy, a friend suggested that I try a orthopedist and a different physical therapist, because I had not been able to sleep and wasn't improving.

That change brought about some improvement over time. I did even have the sciatica cured through PT.

When I tried to make a settlement with the other driver's insurance company, I was told that I was broken beyond fixing prior to the accident because I have migraines and I went to counselling after my parents died.

I didn't feel up the fight, but my orthopedist made me find an attorney and get what was coming to me. He was really upset with the way I was treated by the insurance adjustor, but that is not unusual.

Get treatment if you're hurt. Save every bill and note regarding your accident, especially the police accident report. Find an attorney, and see what can be done for you.

Expect to be treated like a criminal by the other insurance company and maybe by your own if make medical claims on your policy. It's how it goes. Remember that you have a right to treatment.

to declare for any injury in automobile the police would have had to be called and record a record no rely whose fault it grew to become into, and that they might have called an ambulance as a rely of direction by way of fact of a suspected own injury. it incredibly is the regulation. you could't try this quite a few days later as this would not be evidence that it got here approximately on the time of the twist of destiny, as to the coverage costs even in the journey that your buddy has secure no claims low fee that isn't end his coverage costs from going up next renewal, no rely whose at fault. Yes.....I suffered a whiplash injury when a 32 ton lorry wrote my car off in 1991 and received £4,500 pounds in 1994. I spent several months receiving physiotherapy three times a week and continued going to work despite the pain and shock I was in. I still suffer now with neck pain as a result of that injury. Your car insurance is there for injury and loss of earnings etc and if you are hurt you are entitled. You will be required to see specialists to verify the injuries you may have.

If you really had whiplash, you would have been expected to claim for this well before now.

If it is not genuine, you won't have a chance in hell. You will only make it more difficult for the real victims in the future.

I had whiplash & still suffer from back pain two years after the accident & I got £2,500 for it. You can't put a price on not being able to lean over the bath to wash your kids' hair ecause of the pain though.

Basically, what I'm saying is, if it is genuine then claim.

If you have filled in a claims form it will have asked you if you suffered any injury.
Should you be hurt the best advice I can give you is go to your doctor, let him properly diagnose and treat your injury, contact your insurance company and they will tell you what you must do.
It has nothing to do with it being worth it, but the whole idea of insurance is to provide fair compensation for a loss or injury.
I am sure they will do as all good insurance companies do.

In order to claim compensation for whiplash you have to be diagnosed with the injury, you must see your GP or go to your local A&E. Once diagnosed you can claim compensation, though you have to have also reported the incident with the police and gain your crime reference code. Then you must prove that the impact upon you has had an effect on your daily life and has caused you distress and pain. Don't forget you should have also gained the details of the person who hit you or it becomes extremely difficult to claim.

If you are genuine then yes make a claim ! the effect`s of whiplash do not do not happen immediately so by the sound`s of it you do have a claim . But be carefull as the insurance company`s in the UK now employ private investigator`s to follow you around , and maybe even video you , and you won`t even know they are there ! they are ready to take your cash from you but they hate paying out ............
