I've always liked the fusion of the two. Nelly Furtado did a remix of 'Permiscuous' w/ the infusion of Indian music and a Indian Male singer.

Punjabi MC is good... He obviously mixes the two, AND he is authentic.

The group who did the Promiscuous remix is called "Josh" - they're from Canada. They also have done a couple of her other, earlier songs. Britney Spears had an Indian remix on her last album (not the compilation one). Jay-Z had the Punjabi MC song a few years ago.

get an indian music cd in one cd player and get the earbud headphone. listen to it on the left earbud.
on a different cd player with different headphones listen to a nelly furtado cd with the right earbud
