How do I save a font from the internet so I can use it in WORD and OUTLOOK? Do I put it into a file?

go to c:drive >> windows>> Fonts
or
click control panel >>Fonts
paste the font

Fonts are files that are usually under a directory like:

C:\Windows\FONTS

When you go to that directory, under the File menu is an option to Install New Font. Use the install option to bring the new font file into the FONT directory.

A font file is a .ttf (True type Font). Copy it into the Fonts folder in Windows/Winnt.
