How many gallons of gas does a 2000 Honda Accord LX (4-cylinder) sedan hold? How many mpg's does it usually get? I also have a VTEC motor in there (it's a 4-cylinder)..just wondering if that is standard? Thanks in advance!!

your owners manual will be very specific on what its specs are. you mpg will be simple math. fill your tank up dont top off. drive it to what every you want to (like empty). when you fill it up again divide your new gallons by the miles you drove since last fill up and that is what your mpg is. simple and a good thing to keep a log of anyways. if you get 30mpg than be happy.

the 2.3 4cyl arent Vtec..only the 3.0 6cyl.(the motor says VTEC if it is)

gas tank capacity is roughly 12-15 gallons. check the owners manual for exact specifications
