Well if a woman starts her menses at age 12, that means she is releasing eggs. Generally speaking you can get pregnant from age 12-45( these are generalized figures) Some will go more, some will go less. 45-12= 33. This is based on her giving birth, and then getting pregnant 3 months later, and repeating this process every year until age 45. Another factor is the sperm must have no defects in the way of numbers or motility for this to go off without a hitch. Also eggs start going bad after 35, so this may make her a bit more infertile from 35-45.

Well if she had a child every nine months, this is possible, but not proble. If she started having children at say 16 and was pregnant every year.
But what your biology instuctor really wants to know is. At birth a female child is given the whole number of folicals (eggs) for a lifetime. So a women that is pregnant more will not run out of eggs, as fast as someone that is not as pregnant as often. Because during the time she is pregnant Follical Stimulating Hormon is not released, so a egg is not released. She will most likly go into menopause at a later age.
The other thing he will want to know, is that twins, triplets, guads, quins, sixlets of a Faternal type, this is where more than one egg is fertilized by more than one sperm, each having differn't DNA, some girls, some boys, all the same sex, whatever, but would look no more alike than a sibling born during another pregnancy, only the same age.
Paternal twins, triplets, guads, this is where the same sperm fertilizes the same egg, then splits to form more than one child. The DNA of all the children would be the same. So they would be all the same sex, and look identical. BUT>>>>>>>>>>>
Also in one pregnancy, if multiples are produced, that pregnancy could have a combanation of both Fartenal and Paternal children.
But the average age of a women starting her mentral cycle is 12-13, from this age until 45-55 is average age a women can nolonger have children. So even if she only had one child a year, she could have 30 children.
I have a freind who is a twin, her mother had 3 sets of faternal twins. Five single births, this gave her= 11 children. A family in our neighborhood growing up had 12 single births.
Another freind of mine, has 2, but for 3 months they are the same age. How? She became pregnant within a month of the first birth, and the child was born premature at 6months.
Yes is possible!

Sure they could......most girls get a period by about 12 or 13. If they started having even 1 baby a year until they hit menopause (51 is ave age for menopause) they could easily have 30 babies. Crazy notion. But, it is humanly possible. Especially if they had multiple births. And women have like 300,000 eggs when they are born (a good reason women should not do drugs, which that effect the whole body). Check the link, you have to scroll down a bit.

That woman would have to be pregnant for 25 years straight if she had only one baby at a time. Pregnancy is hard on a woman's body, it depletes it of many vitamins and minerals, it sucks the calcium out of your bones, and it's hard on your joints, ligaments, and organs. Which is why women are encouraged to take prenatal vitamins, eat healthy, and wait a year until conceiving again. Having one right after the other doesn't allow the body to heal and recover from the previous baby. Chances are that woman would die before she got to 20. Or be seriously screwed up. Personally I think you have to be seriously screwed up to want 30 kids anyway. Hope that helps.

I knew a man who had 27 brothers and sisters. some twins, but maybe just a few if I recall correctly. A few had passed early on. I think one was killed as well. They were from the middle east, and health care was not easily avvaible, tru e story.
But a woman can be a foster mother and adopt as well. So maybe 30 kids, and maybe she has mothered 60.

Its possible, she would have to start really young and have a baby every year or have a few sets of twins or triplets if naturally, or get eggs fertilized and have them in planted usually with those you have about 5-6 babies at a time. but other wise she could adopt or even marry someone else who has a lot of kids. I believe if you look in the book of records there is a lady who had a lot I mean alot of kids.

If she had multiple births for a majority of her pregnancies and had started when she was quite young its possible

Women commonly reproduce from as young as 12 to their mid to late 40s so divide 30 by her length of fertility and its totally reasonable/ do'able'

PS we are born with more than 100 eggs............. more like thousands!!

not sure about 30 children..i know mice/rats/hamsters can die if they have too many babies, and we all know they breed A LOT. they can get exhausted and die from too much physical strain on their bodies...you also have to space out their pregnancies. i think a good, healthy amount of pregnancies for a rodent would be 4.
however..we know that we can push their physical limits...so i'm not sure.
as far as humans go, my grandmother had 10 children, and i have known people to have had 12...never heard of more than that though... :-/

Yes, if she likes being pregnant from the time shes 12 and popping kids out like a rabbit. She probably won't live very long due to all the stress her body is put through, but it can happen.

Have you thought about adoption? That's an easy way for a woman to have 30 kids.

Multiple births is also a thought - quads, triplets etc.

Good luck with your homework :-)
