I agree with you! the wt. loss has to begin in the mind to be effective. First learn to accept yourself as you are...then decide that it is time for you to loose the weight for good healthy reasons....you want to be healthy , look different and deserve it.

Begin where you are! not where other people think you should be!

To lose weight and get in shape if a person has no willpower is easy. Make simple lifestyle changes that seem like nothing. Don't try to do a marathon if you're never practiced for it. Do things you like. Do you like to bike, rollar skate, walk dogs, run? Do you enjoy basketball, tennis, hockey, baseball, ect? Do things you enjoy, get outside more, try to watch TV at a limit of 2 hours a day, and drink more water !
There are several little things you can do to your diet that will change the way your body looks and it will feel like nothing !
Also: There is no such thing as WILLPOWER when dieting.

Get a personal trainer and/or find a friend to work out and eat healthy with. You need someone who will keep you accountable.
