Have you ever seen The Nightmare Before Christmas?
Great characters! Jack Skellinton, Sally, Oogie Boogie, Santa, the Evil Scientist and the "corpse kids" are perfect!
Gothic of sorts........
Go as your favorite music group? Dress like the band?
Go as a litter of "kittens" you can all dress like different kitties.
Do the Bratz dolls, glamore and glitz, big shoes, mini dresses. fashion hair.

I would recommend you go to the Duct Tape Guys website. They have a book out called "The Original Duct Tape Halloween Book".
There are a lot of good, creative ideas using Duct Tape. It's a cheap but fun way to celebrate Halloween.

im not sure if this is for 4 or 5 people but you could be the fruit of the loom costume. ( if you've never seen the fruit of the loom commercail then don't bother)
