They do, they just usually go to the suburbs (Like rosemont, near O'hare airport) And Cicero is in Chicago it's part of the west side, but they don't come inner city because honestly most kids / teens who live in Chicago either listen to Hip hop, R&B or Rock, not a lot of people really like radio Disney. It's not very mainstrea, disney & Radio Disney is more widely listened to by suburban kids. try to see if they are coming to the Allstate arena anytime soon, and if they are, buy tickets to see their concerts. Plain and simple
