Get a good scrub for your face and an overnight treatment to put on your face for your pimple when you go to bed. That way it will dry your pimples out.
Using a needle is fine for the ones with pus, BUT alcohol is not the best thing to use to disinfect, because it is terribly drying and can interfere with the healing process. I use hydrogen peroxide, ---however---, it will turn the skin around the pimple white, so you should only do this before bedtime unless you want a big white spot on your face. You can use some benzoyl peroxide instead of hydrogen peroxide to disinfect the area.
If the zit is way underneth the skin, you should not try to pop it!!! This can cause the contents of the zit to move deeper into the skin when you squeeze!!! Instead, you can hold a moderately hot clean washcloth on the spot to make it come to the surface before popping it. But please wait until it's ready!!! Trying to pop it too early is what causes more infection and scarring!!!
Whatever way you look at it, popping zits is only going to spread the infection. Yesterday I had a few whiteheads on my face (the kind that are so filled they pertrude from your skin) and I left them. Yeah it was embarrassing but at the end of the night I put tooth paste on them and they dried up by the next day. I never thought it would work before but it has. I figure that yeah I may have a spots on my face but do I want more ? Because squeezing them will do that exactly.

You should never, never pop a zit. It can cause scarring, infection, and heal slower than if you just treated the zit. Next time you get one put baby powder on it to dry it up. Also, wash your face every night, never wash your face multiple times during the day because it causes your skin to think it needs more oil so it produces more than usual, causing even more zits. If you use makeup or lotion on your face, make sure they are oil free. And drink lots and lots of water! These tips should help keep your face clearer.

when popping zits it can get infected if you have dirty fingers. Use an antibiotic cream . you don't need to cover it with a band aid. Let it stay on for a while then wipe off and use peroxide to dry it up.
