chris webber playin for michigan against north carolina... that was in college. then people said he had a reputation of chokin in the nba too but i am yet to see it. he once shot a three (and he is a power forward) and made to to beat the buzzer, but people still remember your faults more than ur successes. guess thats where the rhetorical question "how come nobody is paying attention until you make a mistake" comes into play.
he did call the timeout, and he takes full responsibility for it, but if you look at the bench in the video, like three other players were callin timeouts too.

Webber, but none of his college games counted for Michigan as the players were given money to play at the school. he called the time out. it wasnt the reason they lost the game. Michigan made more turnovers then just that one. if that was the only mistake Michigan made in the game, they would have won by 40 or more. so you cant blame the one TO on the game.
webber played like a bumb when he used to play for Washington. he has been traded and bounced around the NBA.
