And I was wondering if they can have kids? Or Get married? If they do have kids, do they get pregnant? If they can get married do they get dressed up or anything like that?

to piggy back on lil joker's great answer, the best you'll probably get, you can dress in clothing as you unlock them.
i don't know about wedding dresses, i always went for the untucked dirty white tshirt, on the girl i created to have kids with
but i'm quite certain you could string together a suit.

yes they can have kids and get married but to get married it has to be with someone from free play or someone who is created.when you have kids your husband or wife will ask you if you wanna have kids and then u reply.than the baby just pops up in a crib.
