Serious question for serious answers,thanx. EVP & ITC.?

Any opinions that maybe they might have the same origin. Could people be somehow subconsciously be getting the voices,images etc,that they expect to get? Rather than it being something from beyond? I AM EXPECTING TO GET SOME REALLY STUPID SARCASTIC ANSWERS,AND YOU KNOW WHAT I DON'T CARE.BUT MAYBE IF THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE WITH A BRAIN AND AN OPEN MINDED OPINION I'D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU.

EVP is a subcategory of Instrumental transcommunication (ITC), which means the use of the tape recorder, video recorder, TV, radio, computer, telephone and other technical devices for the express purpose of getting meaningful information from the quantum realm in such forms as voices, images and text. In the case of telephones, many people report having received phone calls by someone claiming to be a deceased relative or a colleague. The voices can also manifest via the white noise between untuned stations on a radio.

In my opinion - what they are getting is an "energy" residue. In much the same way a person can feel the mood of a room when they walk in - its because we are energetic creatures. So when someone feels an incredibly strong emotion or beleif that energy may be absorbed into their non-organic surrounding.

Its a good question - - too much detail to go into here - -but I would suggest looking up Kirlian photography too - -this is the same type of premise I am talking about.

I may not understand your question exactly, but I remember that in the movie "What the @#$#@ do we Know" they talked about the Native Americans who first encountered Christopher Columbuses ship on the horizon couldn't see them because they had no schema for them. In brain research we know that images enter the eye and are then sent to the occipital cortex for translation. If the image does not connect ot any previous experience the OC may not know where to send the image for processing and the information may be confused or lost.

I believe there are things out there that are beyond our understanding. If people belive in ghosts, that's fine. I'm not judging. EVP has an interesting basis because what if we can get an electronic signal to people beyond the grave? It's an interesting thought.

I think EVP's are real because I believe in ghosts and have had my own encounters. But it can also be demons speaking.
I don't believe in channeling. I think they are channeling demons.
The veil between worlds is getting very thin thanks to all our toxins and pollution. The creatures from other worlds dimensions are finding portals or patches that are easy to pass thru. People laugh but the Buffy and Angel shows aren't too far off.

I see what you mean...It's really hard for people who don't have delusions to be able to figure out where they come from. I've wondered this myself too. It is true that most people who hear voices say that the voices sound familiar and they usually say negative things. Maybe something's being triggered in the area of the brain memories are stored and their negative self-esteem sort of influences what they're hearing.
