No it is not possible. The human body will reject it. Infection sets in . Not a good idea.

If you can stop the body rejecting it, yes, but the problem is you wouldn't be able to stop it peeling any nearby bananas and stuffing it in your mouth. Have you ever tried to stop a gorilla eating a banana if it didn't want to? You'd also lose a lot of friends if they objected to having it search through their hair.
