Well...i would say Delhi is a good place to live in...but unfortunately...it is close to many unlawfull states like UP, Haryana, Rajesthan...etc. So criminals and criminal minded people can get in very easily and get out very easily. And yes...Delhi is quite unsafe for girls. It is advisable to travel in a group after 5 in the evening and take precautions as u might never know when u might need them.
