should I go dressed up formally? Or is it okay to wear jeans and a sweatshirt? Note this is just to go pick up a form. What about when I go back to give them the filled-out form and resume... what should I wear?
I know, obviously, that for the interview (IF I get called ;) ) I have to wear office clothes...

Today's dress codes have been so lax. Your making a first impression on your future employer. This person will look at you from head to toe,so dress up with a clean ironed shirt -with tie,and some slacks with dress shoes. When you submit your application,do the same. It's rare, but the employer might have some free time and decide to interview you right there and then. You would feel out of place in jeans and a sweatshirt, right?

I wouldn't wear jeans. Dress in nice pants and a top.

Don't wear jeans and a T-shirt! You should always look professional - you never know who you'll see.

It's okay, but not recommended. You never know who you could run into.
