I'd like to be able to fly, kick some evil butt, shape shift, be invisible and have super speed and super strength. I'd like to be Superwoman, the Flash, Superman and the Charmed Ones combined.

Superman. Invincibility to everything except kryptonite would be a pretty nice ability. Superhuman strength and the ability to fly only make it better.
