I can't figure out how to get the answer for this constant of proportionality. HELP !!!

Let k be your constant of proportionality. Then:
p=kqr²
Substitute the first set of values:
864=k*6*16
k=9
Having found k, substitute the second set of values:
p=9*8*25
p=1800
