Think about it.Take all of the money these plastic tramps spend on their boob jobs, butt jobs, nose jobs and whatever else kind of "jobs" they have preformed on them, and give it to sick and needy children.Think of all the kids that could be saved.

I'm sure that we could save more sick children as well as adults in this country if the government cared more about health care than the so called "war on terror", and approached health care as a basic human right instead of a high priced commodity.
Think about it, it's not about the money spent by these misguided women, it's about the PROFIT that these plastic surgeons are making. Instead of working for less money and saving lives, they choose to go into a specialty where they can make huge amounts of money . Medicine should be a humanitarian endeavor, not a BUSINESS.

It is their money and they worked for it so they should have the right to spend it on what ever they want to spend it on. None of your business so butt out of that one. And I hate fake boobs..
If we would spend just half of what we give away around the world on sick and health in the USA we would have teh best of everything and it would be all paid for by our tax money. And this money our government is ours not theirs. They did not work for it but are spending it. If we just took a way airforce one you would not believe what that would pay for. Or one big one is to get rid of Religion. Us those billions for good and not to build 10 million dollar churchs and provide limos for a scam artest to ride in back and forth to church and to the supperbowl games. Maybe keep the 15 billion dollars that the mexicans send back home to mexico every year would do more then you think. That is our money too because most that send money back home are not legal in the country anyway and should not have that money to start with.

What the hell makes you think only liberals get plastic surgery? Oh, here's an idea: How many sick children could we save a yer if we could get back the money rich people saved with Bush's tax cuts? A lot. Children aside, if the tax cuts for only the top 1-2% of American incomes were repealed, we could fix social security for the next 75 years. Add to that the next 8% and I'm sure there would be plenty of money for sick children.
