delete him from your cell/ home address book and phone book. trash all pics of him. have fun!!

Since it's the end of the month, do what I did during a bad breakup years ago. Get a calendar and for October, write "new month, new me" on it. Look at it every day and live it. Don't think about the guy too much and try to find something new and unique to do every week. Live it up and move on!

Get your girlfriends, get dressed up, and go drankin! Do all the things you wanted to do (or people) you wanted to do while you were in the relationship. Get some hobbies. Go out with Co-Workers. Take dance lessons or join a book club. Meet people, have fun.
