technically...yes, it is still on the record books in some states that anal sex is illegal. I believe in some countries it is even cause for execution...
But (no pun intended..butt..he he he..butt...ha ha ha..) ahem mm...who is gonna be pee-kin through your window to see you doing it??? Unless you are doing it in a public place, or go around bragging about it, who's gonna know?
so draw the shades, put on a condom, lube up and have fun...

Well ,yes it is called sodomy.
It is one of those crimes that they can't enforce well and I believe the gay community will attest to it. So unless the (?) victim protests who knows? The porn industry would go broke without it.
So don't do it in public.

yes, it is called sodomy. which is why homosexuality is technically illegal in some states. i have no idea how it became law but i don't think it is enforced unless it was forced.
