and nothing is seeming to take the pain away. now i keep throwing up. and i cant stop. ugh it sucks, the pain started around yesterday. and the thow uping started today. it sucks. what do you think is wrong with me. and what can i do to make it better.

I would go to the dr. Vicodin has tylenol in it, so you could have taken too much tylenol. A lot of times narcotics do not work on headaches. If you go in they can make sure that everything is ok and they may be able to give you something in the imitrax family that is just for headaches. If you have already taken that much stuff I wouldn't suggest taking anything else until you've seen a dr.

Sounds like you have a Migraine. They really suck. I have been in bed for 2 days at a time with them. I take a prescription called Fioricet when mine hits. I just usually try to lay still with a cold compress on my forehead. Theres really nothing you can do for a migraine but ride it out. Vicodin never helps mine. They dont seem to be to good for migraines.

You're throwing up because you took way too much medication. Quit taking stuff and go lay down until it is gone. If your head hurts that bad, you shouldn't be using the computer - it will just make it worse.

One of the questions a doctor will always ask you is "Is it your worst headache ever?" If it is, you should go to the emergency room and have it checked out.
