TV tuner card and/or USB tuner. This way you can connect it to either an antenna or your cable TV box.
If you have a PC, there are TV tuner cards that cost $50 or less. If you have a Mac expect to spend a little bit more.

If you have internet, you could go to a video service like youtube and hope they have the episodes you want. Or you could go to the channels website and see if theys show the shows there( I think they are doing this for Disney).

You don't, it is illegal to record and distribute telivision shows, you will get caught because I, Jesus Christ Super Star, will stop you!
Alternativly, you can buy ATI All-in-one-Wonder USB 2.0 device. Works really well.
P.S. I have had a lot of experiance in LED animation, send my your alarm clock and I will make it shine with porn. Mind you, I don't have much experiance with reciruting so it will probally be stuck in a repetitive porn animation.

download some file sharing software like azeurus and goto websites like http://thepiratebay.org/recent.php and download your favorite show by searching for it. all great/popular shows are recorded and even some that are obscure are there weekly.

Buy yourself a tv tuner and connect to your antennae. I recommend it.
