I need to know this for a class assignment. I tried every search engine I know of, but I cant find them! Please help! Im looking for the average number of murders in the US all together, not just in one city. This assignment is due very soon. If so, do you know the homicide rates by year, month, week, and day? I would like to provide alot of specific evidence on this project! Thanks :):):)

if those links don't help you in the above answers perhaps call your local police station of even the FBI and they may be able to tell you where to find these stats... I am sure someone keeps a running tab of the murder rates....
