Well, you wouldn't make much money at first because your agents and entourage would take most of it but by the second album you would start to wise up and get a bit more cash.

That's when you realise that your accountant and agent have been scamming you and stealing loads of cash. You will have a law suit which you will settle out of court getting none of you money returned but they will release you from your contract so you can go it alone.

It will take you a year to get anyone to listen to the new stuff you have but eventually it will be released and though initially people aren't sure about it eventually they admit it is your best stuff ever. You are back at the top and loving it. You have loads of meaningless 'relationships' and also quite a bit of drug experimentation and become money hungry.

You sell your soul and release a drivel album that its tantamount to sad pop. It doesn't even place in the charts and you art old news. You are dropped by everyone and none of your so called friends answer your calls anymore. The drugs and depression get on top of you and you check yourself in to rehab on a regular basis in an effort to grab headlines.

You are forgotten about till a car commercial uses one of your old tracks and you have a fabulous but brief second shot at stardom. It is all too short lived and this time you fade into complete obscurity but actually have a pretty wonderful life just being normal. You pop up on the odd celebrity reality show but eventually give up.

You reach a ripe old age and when you finally pass away you even get a brief mention on tv where they play a clip of your first single and your obituary makes it to page three of a national paper.

Hey its only one scenario but who knows my crystal ball gets it wrong sometimes :-)

... Do it and find out!

Good luck.

You would probably gain a ton of money, be very popular, and tons of people would love you. On the down side, some people wouldn't like your music, some people wouldn't like you, and you might get into the whole drug scene as do many other big time celebrities.

well, you would make some big bucks, then sell out and make some more big bucks with the cookycutter nonmusic they are putting out these days, and then you would fade into obscurity when the newest thing comes along with a nicer belly than you.

You could save enough money to set up a wildlife clinic so save wild foxes and all the foxes would be your friends.
