Use DHL! They are the best for international shipments.

USPS will do it if the size isn't too excessive. So will DHL. If it's a gift you're buying online, have it shipped directly by the seller and let it be their best judgement (but it will likely go UPS, Fedex, or DHL).

USPS delivers all over the world, all you need is an address and enough money for postage, you will also have to fill out a customs slip.
Also it cannot be a restricted substance, I found out perfume was a restricted substance the other day, go figure.

just use the post office. they have at least three different ways to mail things to other countries; regular mail (which could take forever), registered mail (which is more secure), express and priority mail, just like fedex and ups.
