What do you look for when you buy meat for the whole family? Do you shop for the quality or the price? Do you know how to look for the overall price? Here is a very simple answer: Always look up, > "NET. WT. < This is where you spent your $. NOT THE TOTAL PRICE ON THE PACKAGE!

Hi, I'm guessing you are thinking about opening a meat market? Personally I prefer a meat market over the supermarket. I get a much better cut of meat, I like the personal service...for me it just better all the way around. Part of it is my age...51, but my daughter has started going to my butcher once she tasted the difference in the meat. If you are opening one good luck to you.
