They fry to. It's hard for them to ketchup with all oil the tartar remarks the fish make. When they really get sizzling they can toss a wide slaw of sounds. It's bean awhile since I've relished one, though.
Are you from the south? I do hope you are not ribbing us for our status as the catfish and hush puppy capital of the world. I left out that my answer is corny.

Even tho you jumped all over my feet while we were doing the Hokey Pokey (it's an inside joke,folks) I think i may be in puppy love,and I can't stay hushed!!
