Or are you simply quiet by force of arms and waiting for a legitimate election?

I really would like to know how many people truly do not consider him the President.

How do you define "legally elected"?

If by "free & fair election," then no, Bush is NOT legitimate. Major "irregularities" in both 2000 & 2004 show Gore and Kerry, respectively, received more votes in key states, and subsequently, more electoral votes. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.'s recent essays make the facts on this clear.

If by votes of the electors of the Electoral College, then yes, in a Shysteresque way, he is "legitimate."

Never forget that the Soviet Union had elections, too.

How can anyone NOT consider him president??? Oh yeah, the conspiracy nuts!!! 2000 independent commissions declared him the winner of the Florida vote. 2004 no where near enough evidence could be mustered up to even allege wrongdoing in Ohio, besides Kerry was so far way from the mark that it couldn't have mattered anyways!

Unfortunately, he is now the legally elected president since some 49+ million people were stupid enough to vote for him in 2004. However, he was not elected in 2000 and held the office of president illegally. So, like it or not, he is the legal president, although he's more of a Joker than a president.

WOW you are funny, you should consider becoming a comedian... oh your question well last time I checked Mr. Bush was the President unles I missed a memo, if you are still sore about the 2000 election,(the vote was certified by our SUPREME court) besides how soon you forget that in 2004 he had more votes than any president in our nations history.

Yes I do and I voted for Gore..l,but after seeing all the bull crap our party was doing with counts and recounts and the law suits and the courts but the straw that broke the camels back for me with my party was when they attempted to discredit the military votes because they were a few hours late coming in.If anyone deserves the right to vote,it is those who defend our freedom to vote.I am now a conservative republican and glad I got away from the democrats hatred and its getting worse.

He is the president. It's too late to say "Wait, since he's not president, I don't have to listen to him." I'm not big on conspiracy theories. Maybe he shouldn't have been elected, but he was definitely sworn in, so... I'm just waiting for 2008 when I will actually be able to vote. Thank goodness. This is assuming, of course, that there isn't some sort of call for an emergency dictatorship. But I don't do conspiracies...

In 2004, ALL the states with Diebold machines went to Bush EXCEPT for Arizona.

Arizona gave out "receipts" showing who people voted for. NO OTHER state's Diebold machined did, *including* Ohio where there was voter harassment before the election and numerous irregularities during the voting as shown by exit polls.

Are you doing an inventory of fools ?
Probably lots of them out there..
P.T. Barnum said it best..
"There is a sucker born every minute "

Early humans existed as members of small bands of nomadic hunters and gatherers. They lived on deer in the mountains during the summer and would go to the coast and live on fish and lobster in winter.

The 2 most important events in all of history were the invention of beer and the invention of the wheel. The wheel was invented to get man to the beer. These were the foundation of modern civilization and together were the catalyst for the splitting of humanity into 2 distinct subgroups: Liberals and Conservatives.

Once beer was discovered it required grain and that was the beginning of agriculture. Neither the glass bottle nor aluminum can were invented yet, so while our early human ancestors were sitting around waiting for them to be invented, they just stayed close to the brewery. That's how villages were formed.

Some men spent their days tracking and killing animals to B-B-Q at night while they were drinking beer. This was the beginning of what is known as "the Conservative movement."

Other men who were weaker and less skilled at hunting learned to live off the conservatives by showing up for the nightly B-B-Q's and doing the sewing, fetching and hair dressing. This was the beginning of the Liberal movement. Some of these liberal men eventually evolved into women. The rest became known as 'girliemen.'

Some noteworthy liberal achievements include the domestication of cats, the invention of group therapy and group hugs and the concept of democratic voting to decide how to divide the meat and beer that conservatives provided.

Over the years conservatives came to be symbolized by the largest, most powerful land animal on earth, the elephant. Liberals are symbolized by the jackass.

Modern liberals like imported beer (with lime added), but most prefer white wine or imported bottled water. They eat raw fish but like their beef well done. Sushi, tofu, and French food are standard liberal fare.

Another interesting revolutionary side note about liberals: most of their women have higher testosterone levels than their men. Most social workers, personal injury attorneys, journalists, dreamers in Hollywood and group therapists are liberals. Liberals invented the designated hitter rule because it wasn't "fair" to make the pitcher also bat.

Conservatives drink domestic beer. They eat red meat and still provide for their women. Conservatives are big-game hunters, rodeo cowboys, lumberjacks, construction workers, firemen, medical doctors, police officers, corporate executives, Marines, athletes and generally anyone who works productively. Conservatives who own companies hire other conservatives who want to work for a living.

Liberals produce little or nothing. They like to "govern" the producers and decide what to do with the production. Liberals believe Europeans are more enlightened than Americans. That is why most of the liberals remained in Europe when conservatives were coming to America. They crept in after the Wild West was tame and created a business of trying to get MORE for nothing.

Here ends today's lesson in world history:

If your definition of a "legitimate election" is one that the Democrats win (and obviously, that IS your definition), I think you're gonna have a long, long wait, my friend :-)
