No offence to the other respondents but washing up liquid contains salt and will damage your paintwork. You should never wash a car with washing up liquid either. I was told this by a man who worked in a bodywork repair place.
I agree though that you will have to change them again. Halfords do some really good ones, guaranteed not to squeak, they will even fit them for you I think.
Remember the old saying "buy cheap - buy twice"

RE:
How do you stop windscreen wiper blades squeaking?
I have not long renewed the wiper blades on my Zafira and they will not stop squealing. My windscreen is spotless so it cannot be grease.

There is some or other liquid you can put on them, but the real reason is that your windscreen doesn't have any protective wax left on it.
** Take a hose and let water run over your windscreen. If the water doesn't run off in little droplets, there isn't any protective layer on the glass.
Wash your car properly, wax and polish the whole thing and use protective windscreen cleaners. Also check it the AA website, not sure about the exact site name, but google it anyway. There's a great program that you go on to for free and select the area of the car you want to protect or clean. It works great.

Go to semi automatic car wash, the one where you use a spray gun. Wash your car with soap and rinse then in the end select the wax option to wax your car. Fill up your wiper soap tank with the wax spray too, this is a free wiper wash for your car and keep some in a bottle for future top up of your wiper tank. Cheap and effective.

Don't run the wipers on dry glass. If they are making noise on wet glass, wash the rubber part of the wiper.

You may not see the grease. Try washing the windscreen with water and vinegar.

Put an eggcup full of white vinegar in your water bottle, then give the blades a whip with washing up liquid not to much.
