Maybe you mean Bambino. It refers to George Herman Ruth AKA Babe Ruth, The Babe, The Sultan of Swat. He played baseball for The Boston Red Sox back in the early 1900's. He was traded to the New York Yankees and my team did not win a world series for 86 years because of it. ( The Curse of the Bambino) He was a great pitcher and a hell of a hitter broke alot of records. Once pitched 13 inning without a hit.

It is the Great BambiNo. He is more commonly known as Babe Ruth. He is one of the greatest hitters in baseball history. Because of him it took Boston 86 years to win a championship. He is currently 3rd on the all-time HR list. Has a .342 career batting average. I don't know how you don't know him.
