Depends on your fin. situation. Its easy to say money is not important but when its needed badly none of these philisophy work. Specially those times when you realise that a little more moeny would have helped you solve some dire problems. More so since you are planning to get married. Tomorow you/ your wife/ your family shudnt feel that it would have been better had you chosen money. And believe me it would happen if at your middle age you have enough commitments and ambitious children and the only reason you cant help them realise their dream is cos you are short of couple of thousands, or when you have to opt for a lesser known hospital for one of your loved one cos you cant afford the costlier one. If your fin. background is stable enough to provide for you and you family with basic things in a decent way then mayb you should rather look for something that would make you richer with good feeling than the feeling of haveing 2-3 bunglows/ 2-3 cars and a bigg bank balance.

If you desire a service-oriented job, become a head of a welfare organization and achieve something which others find it hard to do. Good recognition from the society would bring you name, fame and money later. If money is your preference, you can continue the same job or else jump to similar organization where you have a chance to earn more money. Good luck!

This is a very good question. I think you need to make a decision following what your heart is telling you to do. If you don't make this decision now, you will blame yourself later. If you ask somebody else for advice, or God forbid, to make the decision instead of you, you may blame them later... The ball is in your hands- don't worry, you can always reverse this decision, since your life does NOT depend on it.
Good luck...

In my opinion, a nice job is more important than money. If I were you I should choose for the job. You might have to work for more than 40 years, so, if you have a nice job you might be more happy and so. I think that is more worth than earning more money. To have a great job means to me having a greater life than working while you are not totally pleased with your job.
