my sprained toe is the one closest to my pinkie toe

I sprained my big toe a few years ago and thought I might have broken it. There wasn't anything the doctors could do. Try to stay off of it and rest it. Also taping it to the toe next to it helps stabilize it while it is healing. I had to wear open shoes because I couldn't get a regular shoe on. It took a week or so before it felt better. Good luck!

Nothing. Just tape it to the toe next to it.

Stay off of it as much as possible

wear comfortable shoes, or go barefoot

use ice and elevate

LIMP. No seriously, nothing, it should go on its own, wear comfy shoes and have a paracetomol
