Life is what you make it. We are placed here with the opportunity to make a difference. If we take that opportunity, we live life to it's fullest. I spend a lot of my time helping others. I volunteer as a coach for Special Olympics, volunteer with a youth group, work with children who have behavioral and/or emotional problems, and also offer my services as a personal trainer. I also know what activities make me happy, and I enjoy them often - hiking, camping, backpacking, basketball, horseback riding, etc. My life is fun because of the choices I have made.

Let us remember to Love one another, to not put value in the things of this world, but the things of the heart. Remember that this life is short in comparison to eternity and it is but an opportunity to choose Love rather than darkness. Let the Legacy of our Lives be something we can be proud of. If I never own anything and I am tossed about the world and the seas like a leaf displaced from a tree in autumn, let me still remember to Love and know joy in times of Light and Darkness......

From the moment you take your first breath and open your eyes that is "Hello" and the moment you take your last breath and close your eyes that is "Goodbye".
