On one of those days eat only food that begins with your first or last initial.
On another walk (during your regular exercize routine) only backward, everywhere. You will feel a BUNCH of new sensations.
When you clean house, you can only dance to do it. If you arent dancing, you arent cleaning!

Make a reasonable list of things you would be able to do. They don't all have to be fun. They can be things like clean that closet you've been putting off. Make a cute calendar with big squares so you can keep track of the things you do. Take snapshots of the stuff you do and at the end of the 30 days make a memory book. That could be something you could try if you don't do it already.l Make it a "Things I've Learned List" and make it fun to think of things you learned while doing the new stuff.

I made one while babysitting for my granddaughters last year and wrote things like:
I've learned that:
When the baby sneezes in your face you will most certainly get a cold. And if, two weeks later the three year old sneezes in your face you will most certainly get another one.
Even though you SAY you like Sponge Bob several times a day for four days straight is too much Sponge Bob.
When a 10 year old's "other" Grandma dies from a disease that you also have (diabetes) it's okay to cry with her because she is scared YOU will die, too.

Etc., etc., etc.

Good luck!

OK, here is one week for you(as a start):

Day 13 Take a tour of a near by factory or public utility
Day 14 Take surfing lessons(juggling if you are landlocked)

Start with small things like maybe taking a shower then brushing your teeth, or instead of saying good morning to people just give them a hug. Then work your way up to bigger things if possible. For instance you've seen folks in the center median on the streets give them a ten or a twenty if possible and really make their day. If possible at the end of your 30 days make a collage of all the things you did so you can remember it always. Good luck, hope you win the bet.

I'm not sure what kind of "new thing" you are talking about.
How about: paint a picture, go bird watching, climb a tree, get a tattoo, ride a motorcycle or a unicycle, go to a nursing home and read to a shut in, drive backward for a mile, get a new car because you wrecked yours....
I hope that helps

Watch the whole Eagles game this afternoon. That would be new if you weren't previously interested in football.

Smoke a cigar (if you're old enough and don't already).

Cook something, if you don't usually cook. If you do cook regularly, cook something you previously thought would be too difficult or complicated to make.
