It is possible that you could be pregnant but not probable, if you got your period. You can still get your period up to three months into pregnancy though. As far as the discharge from your nipple, it would not come out three days after having had the initial unprotected sex. It takes a several months to start lactating, not a few days.
Go to the nearest drugstore and buy a pregnancy test to calm your fears. They are the same ones that they use in the doctors just 10x cheaper. Go to the docs for the nipple discharge though, is probably harmless, my girlfriend has this happen to her every so often, but just to rule it out go get tested for breast cancer and anything else your doc may feel necessary to test you for...

You may be old enough to have sex, but it doesn't sound like you are ready. Go see your Gyn. ( hopefully a female). Have her explain what is happening. Sex triggers hormones, which can produce milky white substance from your breast.
If this is how you are reacting, do not have sex. What if you were pregnant? Babies are great, but they are alot of work and commitment. You are too young for that. Respect yourself first.

Your breast leaking is normal. I always find a little dried up discharge. Your breasts were meant to do this! If you had your period you are probably not pregnant but if you want to be sure go buy a pregnancy test and take it first thing in the morning...

If this is a serious question then see a doctor. Even if you WERE pregnant you would not be lactating at 2 months. Check for lumps - it could be mastitis - but again if this is a genuine plea then see your doctor.

Since you had your period, you are probably not pregnant. If you want to be 100% sure, you can buy a home pregnancy test.

You most likely aren't pregnant....however, go get checked out at the doc because you may have an infection in your breast. You don't produce 'milk' that early in pregnancy.
