Buy a domain name from 1&1. (~$6/year)
Besides the 1G mailbox with your domain name, you
get a 5 page website, an easy to use sitebuilder, etc.

If you don't mind using a subdomain, use Google.

if you have broadband, this usually comes free with your service agreement. look into your dsl/cable/wireless providers webpage provisioning before you go with the free stuff as the free stuff may not be necessary.
