I feel it's more of a punishment for someone to rot in a small cell than take away their life.People also forget that statistics show that at least 1 out of 10 people on death row are innocent.

I happens, so yes I believe in it. Now, do I agree with it? Yes, there are certain people who have commited such vile, horrible things that they should never be put out in the public again. Why should we pay for their meals, healthcare, and comfort until they die? If you are opposed to it, would you still be opposed if someone came into your house and violently killed everyone in your family? Would you be OK with that person sitting in prison getting 3 meals a day, watching TV, working out, and having healthcare, that you are paying for with your tax money?

So long as the person recieving it deserves it h3ll yeah, but some people that get it I think just need to be put in the general population of prisons and let other inmates handle buisness.

Yes...why should we pay to keep convicts alive? I for one have better things to spend my money on. Also these people in prison do not have it all that bad, have you watched the shows and the interviews of real life inmates? I think that it should be legal in all states, it is a waste of taxpayers money to keep them alive. They should have thought of their wrongdoings before they committed them. I have no sympathy for murderers, rapists etc. Fry them like a french fry.
