Yes, I do. I mean, why is it that we women claim to want equality, but yet we want our own special treatment? Also, why can't men have a course or study where they can learn to embrace their masculinity and great potential just as we have? Isn't that true equality?

The question is, don’t you think that should be equality? And the women answers is: NO, we women already have more rights by law than men and want even more, and we women have many double standards that are good for us and obviously we do not complaint about it. And men are ruling and in power but they will give us those rights because they care for us too much, they are not like us women.
And we women like very much to see ourselves as very sensitive, communicative, with deep feelings, etc, and all that sh*it but it is all a very big lie, we are just the opposite, we just made that up so we can feel better about ourselves. In fact men are the ones that are like that.
And by the way women treat women very badly, they are always backstabbing each other, they are always competing with each other, they are always spreading rumors about each other, they are always jealous about each other, they take everything personally and are very vindictive, etc, that is why women prefer men to be chiefs at work, and women hate to have women as bosses. Women only get united when they need to hurt men or talk bad about men, like they are doing to answers this question!!!

I am a woman and I agree. The "feminist" movement went so far that it became anti-masculine, which is unfortunate. We are a species of two sexes, and we need both. Awareness of this fact is increasing, and the importance of "manliness" is becoming more popular. There will always be an ebb and flow in the relations between the sexes; I believe we will be needing "manly" qualities more as the current world crisis intensifies; after it is resolved, we will swing back toward the feminine again.

Almost all of history is men's studies. How many women did you read about in your history classes? Ditto for social science, mathematics, psychology....and almost every study set. Women's studies were meant to fill the void left by traditional studies, in which women are rarely mentioned, and are usually only on the periphery.
So the answer to your question is no. Men's studies would be redundant.

There is definitely a growing field of literature on Men's Studies and there are definitely issues to talk about.
Feminism in its truest definition is a movement to end sexism and sexist oppression. Maybe in order to do that, we do need to think about the way that men work.
But you could also get a healthy dose of Men's Studies reading any elementary--or any grade, for that matter--history book.

Yeah, i think there should be. Bein a woman and all i would hope that it would be men analyzing the effects of being male in the world and not just about wrestling and cars and boobs (sorry for the sweeping generalization, but i hope you know what i mean), but definately, if it is like that or not I think there should be a mens studies categoryl.
