With regular high heels and a person weighing 150?

Well, you don't say what you mean by "regular" high heels. The pressure due to the heel depends on the area.

If you mean a stiletto heel with a tip of about only 1/4" square or something like that, then this kind of heel can indent wood and tear paper so it could pierce skin especially if the skin is unsupported between bones.

If the heel was thicker at 1/2" to 1" square then there probably wouldn't be enough pressure to pierce skin with those ones.

The other thing it depends on is how you walk in the heels. It is possible to walk with nearly al the pessure on the toe in which case you would not do amy piercing damege. If however you walked with the weight on the heels or stabbed the heel down then it would be possible to do piercing damage with the 1/4" ones.

from the weight alone, i would say no... be careful though. skin that is not supported by underlying flesh might break after all, like over your throat or around the collarbone.
if delivered with force, like from a jump or a kick, of course, depending on the force applied.
in any case its not a good idea. unless it turns you on, of course.just start slowly and carefully and build yur own experiences
