Isolated Body Conditioning (www.miracleworkout.com) provides one of the best ways to develop your muscles and total fitness level. You basically complete resistive exercises (weight lifting, push-ups, etc.) while your heartrate is elevated and the muscles are warm. You do several minutes of cardiovascular exercise to get your heartrate elevated, do 3 sets of one resistive exercise, stretch, and repeat. Because your muscles are warm, the develop quicker.

depending on your age protein shakes are sposed to be a great way of puttin the beef on (muscle not fat) they help develop muscle size. but if your under 18 or 20 i wudnt recomend them if u r just get lots of weights in, i personally wudnt eva use the shakes build them urself mate

Heavier weights and lower # reps = Bulk (eat more carbs)
Lighter weights and more # reps = Tone (eat less carbs)

Depends on what you want.

do not use steroids! do it naturally eat pasta , lots of it and work out
