well i dont really know, it basically depends on luck. Because if you do call out the person will surely look up to see whos shouting and by the time he does the think may drop on his head (Unless its a 100 floor building and you are on the top floor, but in this case he really wont hear you so...) And if you dont shout out and if the person is lucky he might walk away or if hes not he would still get hit. So the real answer is watch it when you are on the balcony and watch it when you are under it.
