I haven't done any 'positive littering', but 'negative littering' I'm guilty of. Meaning, I would never take a gum wrapper out of my bag and throw it on the ground, but if it happens to blow out of my hands in the wind, I won't chase it. So, I guess I litter, but unintentionally... I know.. a good citizen would chase their trash through heavy traffic. But, in comparison to some of my friends- who'll throw pop cans out their car windows - I'm not doing too poorly! Is this whole negative/positive differentiation a big justification? Possibly!

no, no, no i never litter (i am sure i dropped lolli-pop sticks as a kid) & i do my very best to send nothing to landfills!
