Any poem from the heart is a good poem.But, if it is a girl remember they love butterflies,Flowers,Sweet candy,And thigs that can't really measure oyr feelings for them. If that does not work try M.C., Al Green, or Marvin Gaye. Sunday night monster oldies.com is a good reference place.

I hate to be repetitive, i posted this poem in an answer to "what do you think about the first kiss". i'm no writer but maybe you can bounce off it and get some ideas flowin.If your in love with the girl just think about her and start writing.
