Honestly though, I did lose 40 lbs. within the course of six months I used to eat healthy dinners front load the calories and carbs. (eat most during morning/lunch and taper off at dinner). I took hydroxycut twice a day before each meal and ran about 2 miles a day on the treadmill during the evening and went to bed somewhat hungry. The hydroxycut curbed my appetite and going to bed without a big load of calories will make you lose weight while you sleep, especially if you have worked out and burned some calories. If you use this method though have to be careful not to loose muscle mass if that's what you are going for becuase I did lose a little...I looked like a crackhead for a while and decided to start lifting a little more to bulk up.

That's difficult. Losing weight can be unhealthy if done too rapidly. Consult a physican or health center and find what will work best for your body. There are tons of weight-loss programs out there, hope you can lose the weight safely and keep it off. Maintenence for the rest of your life is important too. Eat healthy foods and exercise regularly and you'll notice a big difference.

Eat 45-75 grams of carbs per meal, 3x a day. Use a website like Calorie King's to help you out. Also exercise and drink plenty of water.
I lost 18 pounds in about 2 months and I was not overweight just by doing this.

the FASTEST way to lose 30lbs in less than a month, (Definately not the safest way, though) is to snort an eight ball of cocaine every day. You WILL LOSE the weight. I gaurantee it.

diet, exercise and diet pills to speed up metabolism...you will need to work out 30 min to 1 hour a day at least 5 days a week and it should take about a month to 1 1/2 months to lose 30 lbs..which is really fast and people will say its unhealthy, but its not really that bad especially is you are at least 50 lbs over weight

cut off your arm?... probably one of those water weight loss ideas. Just dring liquids for a week or so. It won't stay off though. The real key is excersize, but most people are too lazy. Good luck.
