The domain would be all real (unless otherwise stated) and the range would just be one number--whatever the constant was.

The domain is the set of numbers that the function applies to, the range is the set of numbers that results.

eg if your function is f(x):x....x+7 (...... = arrow!)
with a domian of x>0 then the range would be x>7

f(x)=c (constant)
then the domain is all the real numbers x
and the range is simply the number c
