A bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Strawberry Mini Wheats, with bits of fresh or dried pineapple added is a staple with me. If you don't want to go to that much trouble, cut an apple in chunks and dip it right into the peanut butter jar. A glass of chocolate milk and some dry roasted peanuts or unsalted cashews will work too.

A deli sandwich. Toast the bread, then add some sliced deli turkey and ham, and a piece of cheese. Then top with your choice of mayo, salsa, bar-b-q sauce, spicy mustard. Put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds to melt the cheese and heat up the sandwich. Eat with some chips and a pickle, and you have a delicious quick, and easy meal...that tastes a little better than your typical sandwich.

Well, right now I'm trying to stick to the Atkins plan so i would probably grab a little cheese, or a few olives, or maybe just a few peanuts or almonds. Can you come up with any other low carb quick snacks? hm - I think I'll have a diet soda now
