I know this question appears on here so often. But i am in real rush and would appreciate any input! Its a birthday gift for my ex-boyfriend (now good friend), turning 46, he is a stylish New Yorker that recently moved to Europe and he is going back there in just 3 days! Any ideas?

Egyptian gifts are very unique. Consider a royal cartouche pendant with his name in hieroglyphics or a silver bangle.

Fill him up on Pizza and hot dogs before he goes over. He won't find a decent choice of either in Europe that can touch NYC
